The rules for using Partyyy.Party — the party platform at partyyy.party. Written in plain English wherever the law lets us.
On this page
Partyyy.Party is operated by AJH t/as Partyyy.Party ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Partyyy.Party is available at partyyy.party, and account dashboards live at app.partyyy.party. A contact address is available on request — email [email protected].
By creating an account, signing up as a host, or otherwise using the Partyyy.Party service (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a group, household or organisation, you're confirming you have the authority to do that, and "you" below means that group as well as you personally.
If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use the Service.
yourname.partyyy.party).You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under UK law to create a host Account. The Service is built for organising private parties and events for adults; it isn't designed for or marketed to children, and hosts must not use it to collect data from a guest they know to be under 13 without the consent required by law (see our Privacy Policy).
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us at signup, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for everything that happens under your Account. Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think your Account has been accessed without your permission.
One Account per host organisation, please — but a host can run as many events as they like on a single Account, and can invite other people in as additional Account users.
Partyyy.Party is currently in closed beta. New Accounts are approved by hand, may be withdrawn at our discretion (for example if abandoned or found to breach these terms), and the Service — including its AI render quotas, feature set and availability — may change, be limited, or be withdrawn without the notice we'd otherwise give once we're out of beta. We'll try to give reasonable notice of anything that affects data you've already stored with us.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or remove Content, or an Account, that breaches this section — see section 13.
When you add guests, upload their photos, or collect their RSVP answers through your Account, you are the one deciding whose data to collect and why — which, under UK GDPR, makes you the data controller for your guest list, and us the processor acting on your instructions (through the Service). This is explained in full in our GDPR policy.
In practice, that means it's your responsibility to have a fair basis for adding someone to your guest list, to be honest with your guests about what you're collecting and why (most hosts find a short line in the invitation is enough), and to respect a guest's request to be removed. We give you the tools to do that — deleting a guest, exporting a guest list, or closing an event down — but we can't make that call for you.
Some features send messages, or invite guests to share more about themselves, and come with their own rules:
Where enabled, Partyyy.Party can turn an uploaded photo into themed artwork using third-party AI image models (currently Google Gemini and xAI). Full detail is in our AI Policy — the key points here are:
There are two separate things. A plan is a subscription that sets your capacity — how many parties you can run at once, how many guests each can have, and whether email and AI renders are switched on. Credits are consumables bought in packs: one credit per guest email sent, one per AI render generated. Plans include a monthly allowance of credits; packs top it up.
There is a permanently free plan. You do not need to pay to use Partyyy.Party.
We currently cannot accept payment from customers whose billing address is in the European Union. VAT on digital services supplied to EU consumers is due from the first sale, and we are not yet registered to collect it. You will be told this before checkout rather than after, and the free plan is available everywhere. We will lift this once we are registered.
Current prices are on our pricing page. You choose your currency at your first payment; because of how our payment processor works, it cannot be changed afterwards — pick the one your card is in.
Prices shown in GBP, EUR, AUD and NZD include any VAT or GST due. Prices shown in USD are exclusive of any sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout. Where we are required to collect tax it is calculated from the billing address you give us, and the amount is shown before you confirm. Where we are not registered to collect in your country, no tax is added and the price you see is the price you pay. If you are a business with a valid VAT or GST number you can enter it at checkout and it will be treated accordingly.
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually depending on which you choose, and renew automatically until you cancel. Annual plans are charged as ten months.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not pro-rate a refund for the remainder, and you keep full access until then. Nothing is deleted when you cancel or downgrade: your parties, guests and photos remain, and your account reverts to free-plan limits.
Upgrading takes effect immediately, and you are charged only the difference for the days remaining in your current period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital purchase. Because credits and plan access are made available to you immediately, by completing checkout you ask us to begin supplying straight away and acknowledge that you lose that 14-day right once supply has begun. This does not affect your rights if what we supplied was faulty or not as described.
Credits you have bought never expire — not when a plan renews, not if it lapses, not if you cancel. Unused credits are not refundable for cash, but they remain yours to spend whenever you come back.
If a credit is taken for something that then fails — an email our provider rejects, or an AI render that does not generate — it is returned to your balance automatically. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact [email protected] and we will put it right.
If a payment fails, everything keeps working while our payment processor retries, and we will email you. If it has not succeeded after 14 days your account moves to free-plan limits. Credits you have already bought stay spendable throughout, and nothing is deleted.
We may change our prices. If a change affects a plan you are on, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Credits bought at the old price are unaffected.
Payments are taken by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted checkout and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on our servers. Stripe processes that data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We hold only your billing country, the plan and credits you bought, and the last four digits and brand of your card as shown to us by Stripe.
Some accounts are on complimentary plans during the beta. If yours is, you are not being charged and nothing renews; we will tell you before that changes and you will not be moved onto a paid plan without agreeing to it.
We own the Partyyy.Party software, design, and branding. You (or your guests, where they upload their own content) keep ownership of the guest lists, photos, messages, and other Content you put into the Service. By uploading Content, you give us a licence to store, process, and display it back to you and the guests you've shared it with, solely to provide the Service — we don't use your Content for anything else, and don't sell it.
AI-generated renders are derived from a photo you or a guest supplied; you're free to use the output for the party it was made for, but we make no promise that you hold, or that we can grant, any exclusive rights in AI-generated output beyond that.
We aim to keep the Service running reliably, but during closed beta we don't offer a formal uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We'll do our best to fix problems promptly and to warn you in advance of planned downtime where practical.
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your Account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We'll confirm what we've deleted and by when.
We may suspend or terminate your Account, with notice where reasonably possible, if: you breach these terms (particularly section 6); we reasonably believe your use puts other hosts, guests, or the Service at risk; your Account has been inactive for a long period; or we stop offering the Service. Where we terminate for something other than your breach, we'll give you a reasonable chance to export your guest list first.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude.
Subject to that, we provide the Service "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service — including message delivery failures on channels we don't control (email and WhatsApp), or the output of third-party AI models. If you're a consumer, nothing here affects the statutory rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for services supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Where liability isn't excluded, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (or £100 if you've paid us nothing, reflecting that the Service is currently free).
We may update these terms from time to time as the Service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to let existing hosts know (by email or an in-app notice). Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them — except that if you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own local courts, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws in the country where you live.
